Zoé practices primarily in public law. Holding master's degrees from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne in local government law and management, and from the University of Nantes in environmental law, she continued her training at the Marseille Administrative Court of Appeal and then at a firm specializing in public law before establishing her own practice. A recipient of the Bar Association Award in 2016, a former member of the Marseille Bar's Young Lawyers Committee, and a member of the French Lawyers' Union, she is committed to accessible and high-quality justice. She advises and represents clients throughout France, both public authorities, professionals, and individuals, in both advisory and litigation matters.
